NOTICE OF A SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
The undersigned, Town Supervisor of the Town of Cicero, does hereby call a Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cicero, to be held at Cicero Town Hall, 8236 Brewerton Road, Cicero, New York 13039 on Monday, June 29, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m., the Town Board acknowledges receipt of this notification and authorize the Deputy Supervisor to execute a letter affirming the town’s position that they have no objection to the issuance of the one-day liquor permit for Ashley Lynn Winery on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. – Rosie’s Corner 9689 Brewerton Road, Brewerton, NY for the 4th of July Event, and any other business that comes before the Board.
