The Comptroller’s Office is responsible for all human resource issues, including payrolls, employee benefits, deferred compensation, flex plans, worker’s compensation and employee policies. For job application information, please view our employment page.
The Office of the Comptroller is also responsible for all Town finances, including budgeting. The Town has 52 Abstracts (warrants of disbursements) throughout the year. Throughout this process, we must keep within budgeted approval and keep Department Heads abreast of their account(s) status.
The Comptroller’s Office’s first priority is fiscal responsibility.
