NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC, and the Town of Cicero

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cicero will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Cicero Town Hall, 8236 Brewerton Road, Cicero, New York, regarding granting a cable television Franchise Agreement by and between the Town of Cicero and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.

A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Clerk’s office, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m,, 8236 Brewerton Road, Cicero, New York.  At such a public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. 

Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
