Effective immediately all traffic infraction tickets are to be handled by mail
You may enter a plea of GUILTY or NOT GUILTY on your original ticket and mail, fax or email the ticket to the Court:

Payments
Accepted Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Visa, MasterCard, certified check or money order. Please make payable to the CICERO COURT. Personal checks are not accepted. For payment plans go to: www.nycourts.gov/LAW/vtl. If paying with a credit card, payment can be made in person, mail, email or fax only. No over-the-phone payments are accepted. A service fee of 2.99% of the payment amount will be assessed on all credit card/debit card payments.

- Evictions are scheduled on the 1st and 4th Thursday at 6:30 pm. (Last name starting M-Z)
- Starting September 2024 all evictions will start at 5:30 pm [subject to change]

Small Claims Court
Where do I file for small claims?
Small Claims can be filed with the Court Clerk. The party you are filing against must live, work or have a place of business in the Town of Cicero. They must receive their mail in the Town of Cicero. You must have the exact mailing address. Post office boxes are not acceptable. The allowable maximum amount to claim is $3000.00. For claims up to $1000.00, the filing fee is $10.00. For claims over $1000.00 the filing fee is $15.00. You must contact the court for Small Claims paperwork.
