NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

FOR THE ROOF REPLACEMENT AT THE

CICERO SENIOR CENTER

TOWN OF CICERO

ONONDAGA COUNTY, NEW YORK

Sealed bids for Cicero Senior Center Roof Replacement will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Cicero, 8236 Brewerton Rd, Cicero, New York, 13039, until 10:00 a.m., Local Time, Monday April 26^th, 2026 and there at said office at said time publicly opened and read aloud.

The project is located at 5924 Lathrop Drive and includes the installation of a new roof. Contract specifications are available at no charge. Call Alexandra Ryan at 315-452-3298 or e-mail to aryan@cicerony.gov to request a copy. Contact Alex to schedule a visit of the work area if desired.

The Owner is exempt from the payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of cities and counties on all materials, equipment and supplies sold to the Owner pursuant to this Contract. Also exempt from such taxes are purchases by the Contractor and his Subcontractors of materials, equipment and supplies to be sold to the Owner pursuant to this Contract, including tangible personal property to be incorporated in any structure, building or other real property forming part of the Project. These taxes are not to be included in the Bid. New York State Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.
