PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Thomas Tzivanis has made application to the Planning Board for a Minor Subdivision Preliminary & Final Plan (Thomas Tzivanis Subdivision).  The property is located at 9520 Simpson Road (Tax Map #110.-03-05.1). FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held at the Cicero Town Hall, 8236 Brewerton Road, Cicero, NY, 13039, by the aforesaid Board at 6:30 PM, local time, on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at which time and place all persons will be heard either for or against the granting of the request stated in said application.
