Public Hearing to consider abolishing the office of Receiver of Taxes

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cicero Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on January 22, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.at the Cicero Town Hall, 8236 Brewerton Road, Cicero, NY to consider a local law abolishing the office of Receiver of Taxes and consolidating its duties into the office of Town Clerk. This local law will be subject to a mandatory referendum pursuant to Municipal Home Rule Law §23(2)(e) and §23(2)(f).
