Stormwater Management Program Annual Report Notice

NOTICE

In accordance with the requirements of the NYSDEC SPDES
General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal
Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4’s) a draft of the Stormwater
Management Program Annual Report is available for review and
comment. Written comments on the Report can be submitted to
the Town Engineer at kfiorello@cicerony.gov and will be accepted through May 24, 2023.
