PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cicero Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the Cicero Town Hall 8236 Brewerton Rd., Cicero, NY 13039 to consider the Speed Limit change on a certain portions of East Taft Road as follows:
In the eastbound lane from the intersection of Northern Blvd. and East Taft Rd. to the Dewitt/Cicero town line to 40 miles per hour.
In the westbound lane from the intersection of Northern Blvd. and East Taft Rd. to the intersection of East Taft Rd. and Bastable Rd. to 40 miles per hour.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cicero, in response to the continuing emergency circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and consistent with the NYS Governor’s Executive Orders, including but not limited to, Executive Order 202.1 and Local State of Emergency Orders, shall conduct its Regular Town Board Meeting on June 23, 2021 commencing at 6:30 pm and to be held at Cicero Town Hall, 8236 Brewerton Road, Cicero, New York 13039.
