2020 Tentative Assessment Available

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Cicero, County of Onondaga has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year; that a copy thereof will be on file at the Assessment Department, 8236 Brewerton Road, Cicero, NY. Due to the present COVID-19 crisis the Tentative Assessment Roll cannot be examined in person. However, it will be available online for viewing by going to www.ciceronewyork.net or www.ongov.net, by any person interested therein, until the FOURTH TUESDAY OF MAY NEXT.

The Assessor will be available to discuss the Tentative Roll by phone only; May 6, 1:00pm-4:00pm, May 11, 6:00pm-8:00pm, May 14, 9:00am-1:00pm, May 18, 9:00am-1:00pm.

GRIEVANCE DAY is May 26th. Assessment complaints must be filed on or before May 26th at 3:00pm. The Board of Assessment Review is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, May 26th, 2020, via telephone conference, between the hours of 3-8pm or until adjourned.
