PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cicero Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 6:30 pm at the Cicero Town Hall 8236 Brewerton Rd., Cicero, NY. Regarding the granting of a cable television franchise renewal agreement by and between the Town of Cicero and Verizon New York Inc.
A copy of the Verizon Cable Television Franchise Renewal Agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town of Cicero Clerk’s Office, 8236 Brewerton Road, Cicero, NY. At such public hearing all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
