Public Hearing – Moratorium – South of Oneida Lake

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cicero Town Board will hold a Public Hearing for April 23, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a local law modifying the current moratorium in the area south of Oneida Lake. The purpose of this moratorium would be to terminate the application of the moratorium to the parcels included in the Waterfront Overlay District.
