Public Hearing (Special Use Permit)will not be held October 9, 2024, rescheduled for October 23, 2024

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cicero Town Board will NOT hold a Public Hearing on October 9, 2024 at 6:30 pm to consider changes to Chapter 210 of the Town Code.  The purpose of these changes is to establish a Special Use Permit for establishments offering massage services, to make it easier to prevent the opening of establishments offering illegal services while allowing legitimate massage therapists to operate, due to a publishing error.

Cicero Town Board will reschedule a public hearing on October 23, 2024.
