TAKE NOTICE THAT Mid Country Properties, LLC has made application to the Planning Board for a Minor Subdivision Preliminary & Final Plan (Sneller Road Subdivision).  The property is located at 5815 Sneller Road (Tax Map #099.-01-04.1).  File is available for review in Zoning and Planning Office.  FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held at the Cicero Town Hall, 8236 Brewerton Road, Cicero, NY, 13039, by the aforesaid Board at 6:30 PM, local time, on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at which time and place all persons will be heard either for or against the granting of the request stated in said application.
