Public Hearing proposed Tier 3 Solar Energy System – Mud Mill Road S.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cicero Town Board will be holding a public hearing on February 8, 2023, commencing at 6:30 pm local time to consider the application known as Bartel South PV I, LLC, for a special use permit for property located at Mud Mill Road S Side (Tax Map. No. 108.-01-20.1) to accommodate a proposed Tier 3 Solar Energy System.  The project includes the construction of a 4.2 megawatt/AC photovoltaic power system.
