Public Hearing to consider officially Opt-Out of allowing marijuana dispensary sales

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cicero Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 6:30p.m. to be held at 8236 Brewerton Rd., to consider Local Law Number 14 of 2021 calling for the Town of Cicero to officially Opt-Out of allowing marijuana dispensary sales and on-site consumption of marijuana within the Town of Cicero pursuant to the provisions of the New York State Cannabis Regulation and Taxation Act. Said Local Law if passed, shall be subject to Permissive Referendum.

Facial coverings are strongly recommended by all who enter any Town of Cicero building and will be asked to practice social distancing. If you do not have one at the time of entering a building, we will provide you with a mask.
