TAKE NOTICE THAT Chester Dudzinski has made application to the Planning Board for a Minor Subdivision Preliminary & Final Plan (Dudzinski Subdivsion).  The property is located at 7172 Island Road (Tax Map #062.-01-45.1).  File is available for review in Zoning and Planning Office.  FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held at the Cicero Town Hall, 8236 Brewerton Road, Cicero, NY, 13039, by the aforesaid Board at 6:30 PM, local time, on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at which time and place all persons will be heard either for or against the granting of the request stated in said application.
