Public Hearing to consider a Cicero Solar Law and establish a solar section in the Cicero Code Book

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cicero Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the Cicero Town Hall 8236 Brewerton Rd., Cicero, NY 13039 to consider a Cicero Solar Law and establish a solar section in the Cicero Code Book and will be proposed as Local Law #9 of 2021, effective upon filing with the NY State Secretary of State.
