                                                    NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF

                                                                    Skyway Park Parking Lot and Improvements

                                                            TOWN OF CICERO ONONDAGA COUNTY, NEW YORK

Sealed bids for the expansion and improvements to Skyway Park parking lot will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Cicero, 8236 Brewerton Road, Cicero, New York 13039, until 10:00am Local Time, April 8, 2021 and there at said office at said time publicly opened and read aloud. Project includes site work, drainage, excavation and paving of the parking lot. The project is funded by a NYS SAM Grant. Beginning Monday, March 15, 2021 copies of the above described Bid Documents can be obtained at no expense by calling or emailing Teresa Roth, Parks Director, at 315-699-5233 x 346 or at troth@ciceronewyork.net to request a copy. There will be a Pre-Bid meeting for any interested parties on March 30, 2021 at 8:30am at Skyway Park, 5950 E. Taft Road, North Syracuse, NY. The contract period for this work shall be June 28 – August 27, 2021. The Owner, Contractor and his Subcontractors are exempt from the payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of cities and counties on all materials, equipment and supplies sold pursuant to this Contract. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, cash, certified check, or cashier’s check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. New York State Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract.  The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
