PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cicero Town Board will hold a Public Hearing for Wednesday August 12, 2020 at 6:30p.m. at 8236 Brewerton Rd. to consider amending and superseding Water Petition Plan titled Gillette Road Water District Island Hollow Extension, dated January 5, 2017 as prepared by LJR Engineering.
Please Take Notice that the Town of Cicero, in response to the continuing emergency circumstances caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and consistent with the NYS Governor’s Executive Orders, including but not limited to, Executive Order 202.1, shall conduct its Special Town Board Meeting on August 12, 2020 commencing at 6:30 pm virtually. The public shall not be allowed to attend the meeting in person as a result of precautionary measures adopted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Go to www.youtube.com Search for Town of Cicero. Scroll down to the Town of Cicero Established 1807 Patch and select it. This will take you to the Town of Cicero Meeting Page to watch the meeting. All meetings of the Town Board will be recorded and later transcribed. Persons wishing to view the meeting shall be allowed to do so by viewing of the Town of Cicero Facebook page. Further, the public is encouraged to offer its comments in writing to the town by email communications to the town supervisor at bmeyer@ciceronewyork.net no later than August 11, 2020 at 10:00 am.
