The scheduled times for each department are as follows: Cicero Volunteer Fire Department – 5:30pm Brewerton Volunteer Fire Department – 6:00pm North Syracuse Volunteer Fire Department – 6:30pm Bridgeport Volunteer Fire Department – 7:00pm South Bay Volunteer Fire Department – 7:30pm By the order of the Cicero Town Board 2011 Budget Workshop Notice NOTICE OF TOWN OF CICERO 2011 BUDGET WORKSHOP TENTATIVE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Supervisor of the Town of Cicero will hold the 2011 Budget Workshop on Friday, September 17, 2010, 9:00am at the Cicero Town Hall located at 8236 South Main Street, Cicero, New York 13039. Cicero Town Board Meeting The next Cicero Town Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 8,2010 at 7:00 pm Cicero Town Hall 8236 S. Main Street, Cicero, NY 13039. DEC Law - regarding open fires Ms. Boyke would like to inform everyone that this is a DEC Law. The website to obtain this information is www.dec.ny.gov. The only fire that is legal is a 3ft by 3ft fire, no higher that 4 ft.  You can not burn anything but non preserved wood and it has to be natural wood. Pallets are acceptable. There are no household burn barrels allowed and there are a lot of regulations. Remember, it’s not the town, but is regulated by the DEC.  Notice Town of Cicero agreement with the Onondaga County Department of WEP The Town of Cicero has entered into an agreement with the Onondaga County Department of Water Environment Protection (WEP) to investigate and record illegal discharges into the public waters of the town.  If you suspect an illegal discharge you can contact the Zoning and Planning office @ 699-2201 during regular hours or report the discharge directly to the WEP 24-hour Hotline @ 435-3157. Town of Cicero 2009 Annual Final Budget The 2009 Annual Financial Report for the Town of Cicero has been completed and is on file in the Cicero Town Clerk's Office and may be viewed upon request.
