Public Hearing: Town Code Amendment for Planned Unit Development

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cicero Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on February 14, 2018, commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the Cicero Town Hall 8236 Brewerton Rd., Cicero, NY 13039 to consider an amendment to Town of Cicero Code Section 210-14 (Planned Unit Development District) by adding Section 210-14 H Modifications as proposed.  The purpose of the new proposed language addition is to add a comprehensive mechanism and procedure for modifying existing Planned Unit Developments within the Town.

Upcoming Coordinated Reviews

The Town of Cicero Planning Board has scheduled Coordinated Reviews for two site plans:

  • 10 am: ADESA Syracuse (5942 NYS Route 31) site plan.
  • 11 am: Enterprise Rent-A-Car (5829 East Taft Road) site plan.
