Safety Person of Year Award

We are proud to announce that Supervisor Venesky has received the ‘Safety Person of the Year’ award from the Public Employees Risk Management Association (PERMA). Our health and safety program was documented in the 2016 Annual Report (available for viewing here). The real benefit is to the town, as we now have a safer workplace and that will cause insurance premiums to drop. View the full article on the Star Review by clicking here.
